We are a husband and wife team with a small selection of quality, well maintained properties to rent in Lincoln. 

We have both been students and tenants in the past and manage our properties ourselves in association with a local Lincoln letting agent for everyday maintenance and emergencies!  We prefer to build good relationships with our tenants by dealing with them directly and being available to contact in case of problems outside office hours.

Our policy is to treat our tenants fairly, reasonably and with flexibility – as we would like to be treated as tenants ourselves. We offer high quality accommodation at a fair price to enable you to make the most of your studies and university experience, or your early years in the world of work, and truly feel at home while living in our properties.
